Circles of Security

1.5 Hour Sessions - 8 Week program

Circle of Security is a program designed for parents and carers of children aged 0-12 years who want to strengthen the bonds with their children and would like support to help their children to build secure relationships.

Budding Parents Group

2.5 Hour Session

This workshop is an adaptation of John Gottman's (from Gottman Inc.) 'Bringing Baby Home'. This workshop is designed to build awareness of attachment science, understanding babies psychological needs and supporting new time parents in the first few months after having a baby.
